INDIBA® Activ Therapy sessions are gentle, targeted, and seamlessly integrated into your regenerative care plan. Here’s what you can expect during treatment:
Each session typically lasts 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the size, depth, and sensitivity of the area being treated.
Most patients receive INDIBA 1–2 times per week during active phases of recovery, especially when addressing pain, inflammation, or scar tissue.
A typical course may range from 4 to 8 sessions. Chronic or post-surgical conditions may require longer treatment plans or reintroduction during specific phases of The S.H.I.V.A. Method™
During treatment, you may feel a pleasant warmth or gentle deep-tissue sensation. The experience is non-invasive and well-tolerated by nearly all patients.
A conductive cream is applied to the skin over the target area. The INDIBA handpiece is then moved with precision to deliver radiofrequency energy through deep tissue layers, without causing discomfort.
There is no downtime. Most patients resume regular activities immediately after treatment. In fact, INDIBA often reduces soreness and enhances mobility the same day.
Many patients report noticeable relief and increased range of motion after just a few sessions, with cumulative improvements as cellular healing, circulation, and tissue elasticity are restored.
