  9. Ensure the treatment is backed by evidence: This means asking the therapist if there is any scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of the treatment and results. In the current day in age, every treatment should be backed by clinical research and evidence. This will help you to make an informed decision about the treatment.
  10. Confirm that the treatment is tailored to your specific needs and goals: Ask the therapist if the treatment will be tailored to your specific needs and goals.
